What is the Lab-DeepDive package?
With Lab-DeepDive, we go one step further. Instead of reviewing only existing blood-test results, we plan a focused laboratory strategy together, examine the new results in detail and translate them into practical priorities for your everyday life – without providing medical diagnoses or treatment.

What is included?
- 30-minute intake call (online)
We discuss your goals, your current situation, your everyday routine, relevant health information and any existing laboratory results. Medication and medical conditions must always be discussed with your physician. Based on this conversation, we identify which blood values may be useful to test. - Individual laboratory strategy
You receive a structured recommendation of parameters that you can discuss with your physician or arrange through a laboratory. The scope is aligned with your goals, relevant risk factors and budget. - Detailed review of your laboratory results (approximately 2–3 pages)
Once the new results are available, I review them in detail, summarise the most relevant patterns and place them in a coaching context covering training, lifestyle, nutrition and supplements. - Prioritised action plan
Based on the review, you receive practical recommendations covering:- training structure, intensity and minimum effective effort;
- nutrition priorities, macro- and micronutrients, and practical guidelines;
- sleep, stress and everyday habits;
- supplements as coaching suggestions, not medical prescriptions.

We review the findings together, discuss the next steps and answer your questions.
How are the laboratory tests arranged?
- I do not draw blood and I do not work as a physician.
- You arrange the laboratory tests yourself, for example through your GP, a specialist or a laboratory that accepts self-paying clients.
- Laboratory and physician costs are not included in the package price. Depending on the scope and provider, these typically amount to approximately €150–€500.
- We can adapt the testing scope to your priorities and budget, for example by focusing on metabolism, cardiovascular markers or thyroid-related values.
How it works
- You order the Lab-DeepDive package on this page.
- I email you the next steps, including a short questionnaire and proposed times for the intake call. We aim to schedule this first call approximately within one week of your order; the exact date depends on mutual availability and your timely response.
- During the intake call, we define your individual laboratory strategy.
- You arrange the recommended tests and send me the results using a transfer method we agree on.
- I prepare your written review and prioritised action plan.
- During the results call, we discuss everything in detail and define your next steps.
Upgrading from Lab-Check Start
If you previously purchased Lab-Check Start, the amount you paid can be credited towards an upgrade:
- If you choose Lab-DeepDive within four weeks of your Lab-Check Start appointment,
- the amount paid for Lab-Check Start is credited in full,
- and you pay only the difference.
You will receive the exact upgrade process in your confirmation or follow-up email after Lab-Check Start.
