Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

1) Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2) Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw.
I will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you informed me of your withdrawal.

3) Expiry of the right of withdrawal for services

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if the service has been fully performed and performance has begun only after the consumer has given express prior consent and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
